Born on April 13, 1996, in Coimbatore, Shilpah’s academic journey began at Nirmala College for Women, where she excelled in her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 2016. This pursuit continued with distinction as she achieved an impressive 80% in her Master of Arts in English Literature in 2018. Presently, she is deepening her knowledge with an ongoing MBA in HR through distance education at Bharathiar University.

Entering the teaching realm in 2018 at K.S.G College of Arts and Sciences, Shilpah’s specialization in English Literature went beyond the ordinary. Coordinating placement drives, seminars, and departmental activities showcased her dedication to providing a holistic education. Her influence continued to flourish at Michael Job College of Arts and Science for Women, where she not only excelled as a lecturer but also served as a Placement Officer from 2018 to 2020.
