A journey that began in the classrooms of Delhi University has now taken Manika Vishwakarma to the global stage. The 22 year old student has been crowned Miss Universe India 2025 and is set to represent the country at the Miss Universe 2025 competition in Thailand later this year.
Academic Life and Creative Pursuits
Hailing from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, Manika grew up in Delhi and pursued her higher education at Mata Sundari College for Women, Delhi University, where she is completing a BA Programme in Political Science with Economics.
Outside academics, she trained in classical dance and pursued painting with passion. Her artworks received recognition from prestigious cultural institutions like the Lalit Kala Akademi and the JJ School of Arts, proving that her talents went far beyond textbooks.
First Recognition at Ms. Freshers
