Delhi Fashion Club (DFC) Events & Production has officially launched its highly anticipated 2024 calendar, titled “Women is Power,” at Marwah Studios in Film City, New Delhi. DFC which has already garnered attention in major cities like Delhi, Chandigarh, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Assam, Bengaluru, and Goa, focuses on promoting Sustainable Fashion, Khadi, and Women Empowerment. The initiative has received commendation and support from Marwah Studios, AAFT, and Lakme Academy.

The chief guest for the launch was the esteemed Shri Sandeep Marwah, a well-known figure in the entertainment and education sector. Mr. Marwah, an Indian film producer, director, educator, journalist, and businessman, is the founder-president of the Asian Academy of Film & Television and Noida Film City. He is also the chairman of the advisory committee of Miss Earth India. The event was further embellished by special guest influencers Means Malhotra and Priyanka Rajpal, who were warmly welcomed.

Mr. Harshit Dhingaun, Celebrity Fashion Director, YouTuber, and Chairman, expressed his appreciation for the hard work and preparation put in by the complete team. The calendar features captivating shoots in Delhi, Chandigarh, and Mumbai, with makeup sponsored by Lakme Academy Saki Naka Mumbai and the Delhi team. Renowned models such as Sonalika Sahay, Namrata Sharma, Reshma Kaurase, Wijaidin Pamai From Nagaland and Angel Sangma from Meghalaya, among others, graced the calendar. International models also participated in the Manipuri ethnic fusion show during Asian Designer Week.

The photographers responsible for the stunning calendar shots include Parneet Singh, who shot the cover page, along with Preetshot and the Mumbai team led by Tejas Mahadick.

DFC, previously associated with various International Fashion Weeks as a Fashion partner, consultant, and in show direction & designers management, has now ventured into a new avenue with this calendar shoot. The first segment took place in Mumbai, featuring celebrity designers Ashfaque Ahmed (Delhi), Arjun Kumar Label (Mumbai), Robert Naorem (Delhi), and young designer Omender Singh (New Delhi). The creative styling was expertly handled by Celebrity Fashion Director Harshit Dhingaun, also the Chairman of Delhi Fashion Club.

This calendar not only showcases the talent of designers but also emphasizes the promotion of handlooms with a strong appeal for women power. DFC, a government-appreciated fashion management and creative association, is making a significant mark in the fashion industry with services ranging from show direction, shoots, designer promotion, fashion styling, consultancy, celebrity management, personality grooming, model management, and 360-degree PR promotions.

Looking forward, DFC aims to set new benchmarks with more events for designers and models, alongside various celebrity events and awards in the near future.
