The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast warning of heavy rain and thunderstorms expected to hit parts of Delhi-NCR, including Noida and Ghaziabad, tonight. According to the latest weather update, the region is likely to experience intense weather conditions, including gusty winds, isolated rainfall, and hailstorms.

Delhi and its adjoining National Capital Region (NCR) woke up to heavy rainfall early Tuesday, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting continued showers throughout the day. The IMD's bulletin warned of light to moderate intensity rain accompanied by thunderstorms over the national capital and its surrounding areas.

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted light rainfall in Delhi today, expected to decrease the minimum temperature in the national capital to around 5 degrees Celsius. Thursday saw Delhi's minimum temperature at 6.4 degrees Celsius, marking a two-notch drop below the season's average.
