In a shocking incident from Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, police have reported that an 11-year-old class 2 student was allegedly killed in a “black magic” ritual to ensure the success of his school. The boy, identified as Kritarth, was a resident of the DL Public School hostel, where the tragic event took place earlier this week.
According to police reports, five individuals have been arrested in connection with the case, including the school’s owner, Jasodhan Singh, and the director, Dinesh Baghel, along with three teachers. Authorities revealed that the director’s father had a belief in black magic, which prompted the horrific act.
Details emerging from the investigation suggest that the accused initially intended to kill the boy near a tubewell on school grounds. However, when Kritarth began to scream while being taken from the hostel, they resorted to strangling him to silence him.
During their investigation, police discovered items associated with black magic near the school premises, indicating that the accused had a prior history of similar activities. Reports surfaced that an earlier attempt was made to “sacrifice” another student, aged 9, on September 6, but that attempt failed.
The horrifying ordeal began when the student’s father, Krishan Kushwaha, received a call from the school informing him that Kritarth had fallen ill. Upon arriving at the school, he was told that the school director had taken his son to a hospital. However, he later found his son’s lifeless body in Baghel’s car.
This gruesome incident has sparked outrage in the community, raising significant concerns about the safety of children in educational institutions and the beliefs that can lead to such extreme actions.
The police are continuing their investigation into the case, aiming to uncover any additional details surrounding the circumstances of the boy’s death and the practices being conducted at the school.
