YouTuber Elvish Yadav Arrested in Gurugram After Being Released on Bail in Noida Snake Venom Case

Popular YouTuber Elvish Yadav found himself back in legal troubles as he was arrested by Gurugram police shortly after being granted bail in the snake venom case in Noida. Yadav had secured bail in the Noida case on Friday but was taken into custody again on Saturday in Gurugram over an assault complaint.

The sequence of events unfolded rapidly as Yadav was released on bail from Luksar jail in Greater Noida early on Saturday morning. However, before he could fully step out of legal woes, he was sent to Gurugram on a production warrant related to an assault case filed against him by another YouTuber.

The Gurugram case stemmed from a complaint lodged by YouTuber Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, accusing Yadav of assaulting him along with a group of individuals and causing severe harm. The FIR detailed Yadav’s alleged involvement in a physical altercation that nearly led to Thakur becoming physically disabled.

Upon arrival in Gurugram, Yadav was produced before the magisterial court and subsequently arrested by the Gurugram police. Following interrogation and discussions, a compromise was informally reached between Yadav and the complainant, leading to Yadav being granted bail again.

This incident adds to Yadav’s legal challenges, including his previous arrest in the snake venom case where he and others were booked under various acts related to supplying snake venom for recreational use. Despite being out on bail in multiple cases, Yadav continues to navigate legal proceedings as the investigations unfold.
