“UP Businessman Caught on CCTV Pushing Man Off Terrace at 5-Star Hotel After Fight”

A shocking incident unfolded at a five-star hotel in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, where a businessman pushed a man off the terrace during a pre-wedding party altercation. The chilling episode, captured on the hotel’s CCTV camera, has sparked outrage and legal action.

The victim, identified as Sarthak Agrawal, reportedly a businessman in the health sector, was attending a friend’s wedding celebration at the hotel. An argument erupted between Sarthak and Ridim Arora, another attendee, escalating into a physical confrontation around 2 AM. Ridim allegedly summoned his father, Sanjeev Arora, a textile businessman, to intervene.

In the CCTV footage, tension mounts as the groups engage in a heated exchange. Sanjeev Arora enters the scene, and moments later, Sarthak Agrawal is seen touching his feet before the situation turns violent. Sanjeev Arora grabs Sarthak by the collar, slaps him, and then pushes him off the terrace. The footage also captures Sanjeev Arora assaulting another individual after the initial altercation.

Sarthak Agrawal sustained critical injuries from the fall and was rushed to a medical college for treatment. His father, Sanjay Agrawal, expressed shock, stating, “Neither my son nor I have any idea who these people are.”

An FIR has been filed, stating that the accused were intoxicated and attacked Sarthak without provocation. The police have registered a case of assault causing grievous harm against the accused, highlighting the severity of the incident and the legal repercussions they may face.
