Salma Khan Dances with Helen at Her Birthday Bash: A Heartwarming Family Celebration

Salma Khan, the beloved mother of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, celebrated her 83rd birthday in style with a joyous family gathering in Mumbai. The event, hosted at Arpita Khan’s newly-launched restaurant, was a warm family affair filled with love, laughter, and heartwarming moments.

A video shared by Salman Khan on X (formerly Twitter) captured one of the most endearing moments of the celebration, where Salma was seen dancing with her son Sohail Khan. Dressed in a floral suit, Salma twirled gracefully while Sohail, wearing a casual T-shirt, denims, and a cap, matched her steps in a playful and loving dance. The clip showed Sohail laughing and telling someone behind the camera, “I’ll match her steps,” followed by a sweet hug between the two.

Salman, who couldn’t attend in person, shared the video with a heartfelt caption: “Mummmmmyyyyy happy birthday… mother India, our world,” tagging his siblings Sohail, Arbaaz Khan, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, and Arpita Khan. Sohail also posted the clip on Instagram, writing, “Happy birthday mother India,” in a touching tribute to his mother.

The celebration was not just about dancing and music. Salma Khan, the wife of veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, was seen cutting a large birthday cake in the presence of her children and other family members, including her daughters Arpita, Alvira, and other close relatives. Fitness coach and friend Deanne Panday, who attended the event, also shared behind-the-scenes glimpses from the joyous occasion.

Another highlight of the celebration was a sweet moment between Salma and Salim Khan’s second wife, the iconic actress Helen. The two were seen dancing together, further showcasing the bond shared by the family. Helen also posted her wishes for Salma on social media, saying, “Happy Birthday to Salma Aunty. You are like my mom too, love you so much. Such a blast we have had today & always.”

Salma Khan, who was married to Salim Khan in 1964, has been a pillar of support for the Khan family. The couple shares five children—Salman, Sohail, Arbaaz, Alvira, and Arpita. In 1981, Salim married Helen, who has remained a beloved figure in the Khan family.

The celebration captured the essence of family love and togetherness, with everyone coming together to honor Salma Khan on her special day. The heartwarming video of Salma dancing with her children and Helen is a testament to the tight-knit family bonds that the Khan family holds dear.
