Hailing from the quaint town of Madhubani in Bihar, Priyanshu’s journey to the world of journalism was one of serendipity and purpose. Raised in Ranchi, Jharkhand, he was drawn to the glitz and glamour of the entertainment industry. However, it was a personal epiphany that propelled him towards a different path.
“It was a moment of clarity,” he shares, his eyes reflecting a deep sense of purpose. “I knew I wanted to tell stories that mattered, to give a voice to those who are often overlooked.”
Enrolling in a Journalism and Mass Communication program in Delhi was the first step in this transformative journey. Inspired by the likes of Sudhir Chaudhary and Ajay Jha, Priyanshu set out to create something unique—a news channel that resonated with the pulse of the youth.
The Mediawala Express was born out of this vision. With a focus on showcasing the struggles and triumphs of everyday individuals, the channel quickly gained a loyal following. Priyanshu’s own experiences as a young journalist navigating the industry added depth and authenticity to his storytelling.
“It’s about more than just reporting news,” he explains, his passion evident. “It’s about shining a light on the vibrant tapestry of our culture, the stories that define us.”
Despite the hurdles and challenges along the way, Priyanshu remained steadfast in his mission. Today, The Mediawala Express stands tall as a testament to his unwavering commitment to youth, culture, and the power of storytelling.
