KTR Extends Best Wishes to Telangana CM Revanth Reddy as Delegation Heads to US and South Korea

Telangana’s Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K. T. Rama Rao, widely known as KTR, has conveyed his best wishes to Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and his delegation as they embark on a crucial visit to the United States and South Korea. The visit aims to attract significant investments and foster strategic partnerships to further economic development in Telangana.

KTR took to the social media platform ‘X’ to extend his support, tagging Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Industry and IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu in his message. He expressed his satisfaction with the current government’s efforts to attract new investments and build upon the foundations laid during his tenure as Minister for Industry and IT.

“I came across the schedule reported by some media outlets and I’m pleased to see that the relationships we’ve nurtured over the years, along with our relentless persistence, continue to attract significant new investments from marquee companies. The numerous announcements about the expansion of existing establishments are a testament to the success of Telangana’s policies and initiatives,” KTR said.

KTR highlighted several achievements from his previous tenure, including innovative policies such as TS-IPASS, which contributed to attracting over ₹4,00,000 crore in investments and creating more than 24 lakh private-sector jobs. He underscored the importance of continuing these efforts to further bolster Telangana’s economic landscape.

“Politics aside, for me and our BRS party, it will always be ‘Telangana First.’ I sincerely hope the current government can continue bringing in tangible investments and build upon the strong foundation we have established,” KTR added.

The delegation led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy began their visit to the US on Sunday, arriving in New York. The visit will involve a series of meetings with government officials, business leaders, and CEOs of various companies. Following the week-long US visit, the delegation will travel to South Korea.

The Chief Minister’s Office has stated that the primary objectives of the trip are to secure investments and forge strategic partnerships that will contribute to Telangana’s economic growth and job creation.
