Former Malegaon Mayor and AIMIM Leader Abdul Malik Injured in Triple Shooting in Nashik

In a shocking incident, Abdul Malik Mohammed Yunus Isa, the former mayor of Malegaon and a prominent leader of Asaduddin Owaisi’s All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) party, was shot by unidentified assailants early this morning. The attack took place at approximately 1:20 am on Old Agra Road, while Malik was seated outside a shop.

Malik sustained severe injuries with bullet wounds to the left side of his chest, left thigh, and right hand. He was initially rushed to a local hospital for emergency treatment. Due to the severity of his injuries, Malik was later transferred to a hospital in Nashik for advanced medical care.

The Malegaon city police have launched an extensive investigation into the attack, but no arrests have been made as of yet. Authorities are working diligently to identify and apprehend the perpetrators.
