Late last night, tragedy struck as Saurabh Kumar, a youth leader affiliated with Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal-United (JDU), was brutally shot dead while returning from a wedding function in Patna. The incident, carried out by four unidentified assailants on bikes, also left his companion Munmun Kumar critically injured.
