This can lead to the development of new products and services and the creation of new industries. In addition, businesses generate employment and contribute to prosperity in a nation. One inspiring example is Mr. Anil Singh, a businessman and philanthropist who has provided employment to hundreds of people through his venture, Lakshya Flexi Tubes.

Born in a middle class family in Bulandshahr, UP, Anil Singh was known for his competitive spirit and unconventional thinking. Despite not having a comfortable life himself, he always had a great empathy for marginalized and oppressed individuals and wanted to help them. While many of his peers were finding jobs and settling for a comfortable life, Anil Singh decided to start a business. Now, he is known across his native state for his business and humanitarian deeds.

Lakshya Flexi Tubes, which Anil Singh founded in 2007 with just 15 workers, has become a market leader in its field and set a benchmark for providing high-quality fixing solutions to various industries. As of now, the company is a direct source of employment for over 200 people, and it likely also provides indirect opportunities for many others. Anil’s vision and execution have led the company to the top, and his goal for the next year is to increase the number of employees from 200 to 500. It is because of dedicated businessmen like Anil that hundreds of people are employed and able to provide for their families.

In addition to his successful business, Mr. Anil Singh is widely recognized for his humanitarian work through his organization, Sadbhawna Sewa Sansthan. Over the decades, the organization has helped hundreds of thousands of people, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, Anil Singh ran a large-scale pandemic awareness campaign and provided health kits, 5 lakh masks, and food supplies to almost 28 lakh households across India. His humanitarian work has received international recognition and was published in the World Record Publishing Company in London in 2020.
