In a shocking incident captured on CCTV, a 26-year-old man named Aman was brutally murdered inside a Burger King outlet in west Delhi’s Rajouri Garden. The chilling footage reveals the targeted killing as two assailants opened fire on Aman, shooting him nearly 40 times.
The footage shows Aman sitting with a woman, seemingly engaged in conversation. At 9:41 pm, the assailants, sitting behind Aman, drew their pistols and fired shots at him from point-blank range. The gunshots triggered panic among customers, who fled the outlet while Aman tried to escape towards the billing counter.
Despite the chaos, the woman sitting with Aman appeared unfazed by the violence and calmly left the scene, taking Aman’s phone and wallet with her. The assailants, described as men in the 25-30 age group, continued their attack, firing multiple shots at Aman even as he tried to flee.
According to the FIR, a total of 38 bullets of different types were fired at Aman, indicating the use of multiple weapons in the attack. Police suspect gang rivalry as a possible motive, linking the murder to a previous incident in Haryana in 2020.
The role of the mysterious woman is under investigation, with sources suggesting she may have lured Aman to the Burger King outlet. Police are also looking into the claims made by fugitive gangster Himanshu Bhau, who has allegedly taken responsibility for the murder on social media.
Himanshu Bhau, known for his criminal activities including extortion, is believed to be in Portugal currently. His gang’s association with jailed gangster Neeraj Bawana adds complexity to the case, highlighting the challenges faced by law enforcement in tackling organized crime in the region.
The brutal murder has raised concerns about the law and order situation in Delhi, prompting a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding Aman’s tragic death.
